Grilled Catfish recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of catfish fillet, washed.
3 cloves garlic, crushed.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

Directions:

Preheat your grill.

Place the washed catfish on a large piece of aluminum foil, folding up the edges to make a makeshift pan.

Place on your grill, then pour all of other ingredients over top and cook for 5-8 minutes or until done.
